Chicks are NOT preordered, they are sold on a first come, first serve basis
Chicks will NOT be ordered over the phone, they will be sold in store ONLY starting at noon on the Thursday of arrival, you CAN call to check if they arrived on time, it does happen that shipments can be behind
Once you’ve arrived at the store to get your chicks, please wait in line on the ramp, once your turn comes, a store associate will come get you to pick out your new family members!
